Service Scheduling Software User Access Levels

To better assist managing the users of your Bella Service Scheduling Software account we have added more User control settings.

When a “Standard” User is selected you now have several options. You may assign which sections of the software each Standard User is able to access. You may also grant Full or View Only access. View Only will only allow the User to view and print. Full will allow the user to edit the data.

Examples of use:

  • Give your field technicians View Only access to the My Home tab. They will be able to view and print their work schedules.
  • Give your field technicians Full access to the My Home tab. They will be able to view and print their work schedules and update their assigned work orders.
  • Give your Accountant Full access to the Accounting tab to manage your finances or taxes.
  • Give your Call Center access to the Customer and Job tab to set up appointments and enter notes.
  • Set up your Sales Rep with Account Manager access which allows them to only view their assigned customers.

These modifications give you the ability to utilize Bella’s service scheduling software as a customer relationship management tool also. It now provides features closer to Sugar CRM and Salesforce.com.
