Pricing FAQ
Are there different types of User Roles?
Yes. There are two User Roles - Administrator and Standard. The monthly fee is the same for both roles.
What is the Administrator User Role?
The Admin role has access to all areas of the software. The Admin section is where any customization or set up that is desired can be done. An Admin User may set the access level for Standard Users.
What is the Standard User Role?
The Standard User has access to areas of the software assigned by an Admin User.
How do I convert my free trial?
If you want to convert your Free Trial simply click the red "Convert Free Trial" button in the upper right corner of the software to pay online with a credit card. If you prefer to pay by check simply call or email. You will be able to use all data you entered during your trial.
What if I decide to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime with no penalty or cancellation fee by contacting us by phone or email. As long as you cancel within 24 hours of your next monthly fee you will not be billed again.
Can I change the number of Users for my account?
Yes. You can easily increase or decrease the number of Users for your account at any time by contacting us by phone or email. Your account will be adjusted to bill for the appropriate number of users.
What is the length of the monthly commitment?
There is no minimum monthly commitment. You can cancel at any time with no penalty or cancellation fee.
