Are there different types of User Roles?
Yes. There are two User Roles - Adminstrator and Standard. The monthly fee is the same for both roles.
What is the Administrator User Role?
The Administrator role has access to all area of Bella Solutions including the Admin section. The Admin section is where any customization or set up that is desired can be done. In addition, the Admin is able to assign company equipment, create new employees for the Company Employee List, add Approved Company Vendors, and more.
What is the Standard User Role?
The Standard User has access to all areas of Bella Solutions except the Admin section. The Standard User has the ability to create and manage Service Jobs from beginning to end.
How do I convert my free trial into a paid monthly member account?
If you chose to continue with your new account after the One Month Free Trial, simply select the "Convert Free Trial" menu under the Admin tab to pay online with a credit card. If you prefer to pay by check simply call or email. You will be able to use all data you entered during your trial.
What if I decide to cancel?
You can cancel at anytime with no penalty or cancellation fee. You can simply cancel your account by contacting us by phone or email. As long as you cancel within 24 hours of your next monthly fee you will not be billed again.
Can I change the number of monthly subscriptions for my account?
Yes. You can easily increase or decrease the number of users for your account at any time by contacting us by phone or email. Your account will automatically begin billing for the appropriate number of users.
What is the length of the monthly commitment?
There is no minimum monthly commitment. You can cancel at any time with no penalty or cancellation fee.
