Crew Management
In the Scheduling tab left side menus "Crew Management" options have been added. Click "New Crew" and add Field Resources as "Crew Members" then save. The Crew will be available in the Field Resource drop down when scheduling a new Job. If a Crew is assigned to a Job Appointment, the appointment will be displayed on each Crew Member's schedule.

Custom Views

Customizable Data Fields
Create custom data fields for the Customer and Job page. Go to the Admin tab. Click the left side menu "Custom Fields". Click the "Add New" button. Select either Customer or Job from the drop down. This determines which page to place the data field. Enter the order to display the data field. The Customer and/or Job page will now display the custom fields to enter data.

ID's
Flexibility for the Customer, Location, and Equipment ID's to include numbers, characters, and symbols. For example, the Customer ID may be 100A-#25 or the Job ID may be 342#-AB

Time Zones
Your company Time Zone can be set in the Company profile. Each User has the option to select their specific zone in their profile. This feature would be used for Companies with multiple locations or Employees located in different zones.
File Attachments

Attach any type of file to a Customer, Work Orders, Employee or Vendor. For example, attach an image, contract, warranty, etc... Simply click "Add Note and/or Attachment" to enter a Note and upload one or more attachments.
Accounting

Accounting features to help you manage your business. Easily create Invoices to bill your Customers upon completion or partial completion of Jobs for immediate payment. Bella has the capability to easily track open, outstanding, and paid invoices. Never miss a payment again!

Item List
Items include Service, Inventory Parts, Non-inventory Parts, Other Charges, Discounts, and Sales Tax. The Item List is managed under the Accounting or Admin tab. Items are used to create an Estimate, Work Order, or Invoices.

Chart of Accounts
Create your Chart of Accounts to manage your business. You have the ability to assign each Item to an account to better track your your Income and Expenses. Use Bella's Accounting features or export transactions to QuickBooks or other accounting software if you prefer.

Price Levels
Assign a Price Level to a Customer and only the selected Items will display when creating an Estimate, Work Order, or Invoice for that Customer. Also, if you have created a Customer Portal for that Customer and gave them access to your Items List, only the selected Items for that Customer will be displayed.

QuickBooks Integration
QuickBooks is compatible with Bella Solutions. Export your Invoices to a file format compatible for use with QuickBooks and other accounting software. This allows you to create and track an Invoice with QuickBooks or another application if you prefer.

User Roles

Standard User Access Enhancement
New Access option: Show "Price/Rate", "Price Level", "Amount", and "Item Cost" columns in Job Item List. This option controls the ability for a Standard Users to see these columns in the Job Items List on the Job page. New Access option: Allow ability to edit Job Items. This option controls the Standard User's ability to edit Job Items on the Job page.
